Michael Clarke Chief Financial Officer

Michael Clarke, chief financial officer, oversees V-Sub’s financial management and operations. Clarke brings to V-Sub more than 10 years of broad, global experience in industry experience including risk management, performance measurement and a proven ability to develop creative solutions. Clarke is spearheading the development of the company’s network of client partnerships with specific focus to client risk assurance programmes that will showcase the power and flexibility of V-Sub services.

Prior to joining Virtual Subsidiary, Clarke was the financial director at EEL Ltd; and, before that held various senior financial and accounting positions in BEA Systems, GEAC Computers and the Securicor Group.

Clarke holds a BA in History from the University of London, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
