Robert Oliphant | CEO

Rob Oliphant serves as V-Sub's president and chief executive officer. Oliphant brings more than 20 years executive and senior management experience in building profitable, high growth companies. Oliphant comes to V-Sub from Embarcadero Technologies, a leading provider of data lifecycle management tools, where he was vice president of international operations and interim vice president of worldwide sales. Before joining Embarcadero, Oliphant served as vice president, EMEA, Australia, and New Zealand at Bindview Corporation.Prior to his leadership at Bindview, Oliphant held various executive and senior management roles, including general manager of Sausage Software in Australia and director of sales and marketing for BMC Software's Australia and New Zealand divisions.

Michael Clarke | CFO

Michael Clarke, chief financial officer, oversees V-Subs financial management and operations. Clarke brings to V-Sub more than 10 years of broad, global experience in industry experience including risk management, performance measurement and a proven ability to develop creative solutions. Clarke is spearheading the development of the companys network of client partnerships with specific focus to client risk assurance programmes that will showcase the power and flexibility of V-Sub services. Prior to joining Virtual Subsidiary, Clarke was the financial director at EEL Ltd; and, before that held various senior financial and accounting positions in BEA Systems, GEAC Computers and the Securicor Group. Clarke holds a BA in History from the University of London, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Jennifer Dennen | VP of North American Operations

Jennifer Dennen serves as Virtual Subsidiary's VP of North American Operations. Jennifer has over 15 years domestic and international experience in establishing markets for high technology companies and brings to Virtual Subsidiary her strong expertise in all phases of company evolution. Prior to joining Virtual Subsidiary, Jennifer was at Direct Computer Resources Inc. and before that held various business development and managerial roles at Serena Software and UltiMIS Corporation.

Ilmars Draudins | Managing Director Australia

Business Experience: Cofounder of Collins Advisory Pty Ltd, assisting companies with growth plans through a range of operational activities and strategic planning which often lead to capital raising activities. Founding director of Nextec Corporation, a strategic and capital advisory company for high growth technology enterprises with over 40 completed major assignments. Active leader in many Nextec assignments, including several public listings, strategic assignments identifying and realising value for client companies, capital raising, commercialisation strategies, defining and recognising intellectual property and merger and acquisition project work. More than 35 years business experience in general management, senior project management and marketing. More than 25 business experience in the service and information technology sectors. More than 10 years of investment banking experience. Education: Mr. Draudins holds a bachelor of engineering degree from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from Monash University. David Verwey | Channel Manager

David Verwey heads up the Channel Division of V-Sub, which runs under the name of V-Sub Solutions. Mr. Verwey has grown a succesful sales team who's members are specialised in unique new technologies, engaging in direct sales as a reseller and working with a host of Europes top resellers as a distributor.Mr. Verwey specialises in the acceleration of a software vendors growth in the EMEA region, by utilising various marketing methods and taking advantage of an existing reseller channel base as well as direct customer base.

Raj Arora | Chief Technical Officer

Raj Arora, chief technical officer, leads Fix Computers UK Onlines technical operations. Arora has a wealth of experience as a consultant to several large corporations where he has been pivotal in advising and implementing new technology rollouts. Arora is responsible for the technical teams, ongoing research and development, technical operations and nurturing the relationships with clients. Prior to joining Fix Computers UK Online, Arora has been a lead consultant to major corporations including Vodafone, Carphone Warehouse, IBM, Marks and Spencer, and in the public sector for several Universities and County Councils. Arora has a BSc in Physiology from Liverpool University and did post graduate studies at Oxford University. He has a range of certifications including Microsoft and Cisco.

Eric L. Nicoli | Chairman Advisory Board

Eric L. Nicoli, CBE (born August 5, 1950) has been CEO of EMI Group plc since January 12, 2007 having been Executive Chairman of the group since July 1999. As part of this role, he has direct responsibility for the management of EMI Music, the Group's recorded music business. In addition to his position at EMI, Nicoli has been Non-Executive Chairman of The Tussauds Group since June 2001 and Non-Executive Chairman of the U.K. cinema chain Vue Entertainment since December 2006. He is Chairman of the EMI Music Sound Foundation, a post held since March 2003 and is Chairman of the PerCent Club. He sits on the UK government's Creative Industries Forum on Intellectual Property.

Over 40 years as a computer professional in the areas of computer systems analysis, mainframe applications, commercial applications, production control, machine tool control (N/C), and computer programming.
